Meet Miles, Class of 2017 senior from South St. Paul Secondary. Soon he will graduate and have his final high school moments at the traditional commencement ceremony at Ettinger Field in my home town of South St. Paul. Always an exciting time for the graduates!
Miles is an athlete, participating in varsity football and varsity baseball. He is one of three recipients to receive the VFW Post #295 Endowed scholarship awarded at the annual South St. Paul Educational Foundation Banquet. (Nice job!) I always loved that about my alma mater - the strong sense of a small community with a unique education foundation that gives back year after year. It is really an amazing town!
Here is a slideshow video from Miles' senior session! Football season images credit to Mr. Bill Raymond.
Miles has these piercing blue eyes and a wonderful smile. The backdrops of downtown St. Paul were the perfect compliment to our session the entire time!
This soon to be SSP Packers Alumni is set to continue his studies at Iowa State University in the fall. From a Packer to a Cyclone. You've got this!
This next series was probably one of my favorite segments from Miles' session. The lighting was amazing, and Miles rocked these images!
At the time of our session, the football field did not have it's yard lines painted on yet for the season, so we were unable to get those shots. But, the SSP Packers had an incredible season, finishing with 10-1 as a Conference/District Champion team. Awesome job, Miles, and the Packers team!
At the publishing of this blog post, the Packers Baseball season is still underway with a few make up games due to rain cancellations. Miles is the catcher. However, we were able to make it to the baseball field and dugout for a few photos well before his season started.
Miles, thank you so much for working with me for your senior photos! It is my hopes that you had an enjoyable senior year! Hats off to you as you graduate and continue on this new chapter in your life. Best wishes to you in all that you do!
